Digital Products

All Sales Final: Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for digital coloring books or pages once the files have been delivered.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you experience technical issues with the file or cannot access your download, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

Physical Products

Custom Printed: Each physical book is printed specifically for your order. Because of this custom nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you ordered the wrong book by mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we are here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To process a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will work with our printing partner to issue a replacement copy or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
